You can view and edit schedules using clever drag and drop scheduling that lets you see deadlines, what staff are up to, the workload for each client , how jobs are progressing and more.

Clients can be sent a Gantt chart, via the online client module or a PDF, increasing visibility of deadline dates and the stages, tasks and key events that that they maybe responsible for.

Our client module lets clients access Traffic online, view project schedules, track job progress, make requests and even proof documents.

Fast Billing

You can bill a job, or a collection of jobs (a project) in a moment. Traffic lets you bill in advance, in arrears, part bill, bill to estimate or to time actually spent on the job. You choose.

The issuing of invoices is controlled, and once agreed Traffic will produce a bill in your preferred house style and mail it off to the client by PDF.

Once your invoice is complete Traffic can post it to most leading accounting packages - Sage, MYOB, Quickbooks, Maconomy, Access Dimensions, and Concepts to name a few. If your package is not listed we have a universal export format or can write a custom export for you. Traffic records details of payment received, and even issues Credit Notes.
